GD-Link Programmer is a SW tool that permit to use the emulator present on the GD32 Evaluation Boards & Starter Kits to interface directly with the GD32 present on your board for program, erase, etc.
You can download GD-Link Programmer from this page, find it inside the page.
After you downloaded the package unzip it and you must see something like below.
Rename the file:
GD_Link_CLI.ex_ in GD_Link_CLI.exe
and
GD-Link Programmer.ex_ in GD-Link Programmer.exe
see below
Double click on GD-Link Programmer.exe for run it, see below.
