Fusibili nell’abitacolo – Passenger compartment fuses
I fusibili si trovano dietro uno sportellino in basso a sinistra dal lato autista.
Questo sportellino è tenuto in posizione da due viti a stella.
I fusibili che dovete tenere con voi sono i fusibili MINI che trovate per esempio qui.
The fuses are located behind a small flap on the lower left side of the driver’s side.
This flap is held in place by two star screws.
The fuses you need to keep with you are the MINI fuses that you can find for example here.
Paratesta per Cappeliera – Head guard for hat box Van
La banda verde che vedete è essenziale per evitare di, inavvertitamente, urtare la cappelliera con la testa.
La cappelliera ha lo spigolo vivo e ci si potrebbe anche fare male.
La banda verde è mantenuta in posizione con biadesivo della 3M e la potete trovare qui in diversi colori.
The green band you see is essential to avoid accidentally hitting the parcel shelf with your head.
The parcel shelf has a sharp edge and you could even hurt yourself.
The green band is held in place with 3M double-sided tape and you can find it here in different colors.
Porta Scottex da Parete – Paper towel holder
Questo accessorio lo troviamo comodissimo e lo potete trovare qui.
Noi lo abbiamo attaccato sotto il pensile sopra ai fornelli e lavello, vedere foto sotto.

Ganci adesivi
Adhesive hooks
Abbiamo trovato molto comodi da sparpagliare nel VAN questi ganci dotati di biadesivo che non si sono mai staccati anche con accappatoi appesi, dopo più di un anno d’uso (estate e inverno).
We found these hooks with double-sided tape very convenient to scatter around the VAN and they never came off even with bathrobes hanging, after more than a year of use (summer and winter).
Mensolina porta cellulari, occhiali, ecc sopra al letto e prese USB

La mancanza di una mensolina sopra al letto così come di un paio di prese USB è ciò che da subito non ci ha soddisfatto.
Per non perdere la garanzia abbiamo fatto installare la presa USB dal concessionario mentre la mensolina l’abbiamo costruita noi.
Certo Giotti dovrebbe pensarci lei perchè sono due accessori fondamentali.
La mancanza di una mensola sopra il letto e di un paio di porte USB è ciò che ci ha subito insoddisfatti.
Per non perdere la garanzia abbiamo fatto installare la porta USB dal rivenditore mentre la mensola l’abbiamo costruita noi.
Certo che Giotti dovrebbe pensarci perché sono due accessori essenziali.
Pattumiera vicino a Portellone Scorrevole

Abbiamo adattato una pattumiera vicino al portellone scorrevole usando questi ganci che sono autoadesivi ma ai quali abbiamo messo due viti da 3mm per sicurezza più dei gommini di feltro per metterla più o meno in verticale.
Certo se Giotti ci pensasse lei sicuramente potrebbe studiare una soluzione più ergonomica.
We adapted a dustbin near the sliding door using these hooks that are self-adhesive but to which we put two 3mm screws for safety plus some felt rubbers to put it more or less vertical.
Of course if Giotti thought about it she could certainly study a more ergonomic solution.
12 Vcc per cappelliera
12 Vcc for hat box Van
Un posto comodo per prendere il 12 Vcc da portare nella cappelliera sopra ai posti guida è dal mobiletto che si trova sopra al tavolo dove è posizionata la luce touch.
A convenient place to get the 12V DC to carry in the overhead locker above the driver’s seats is from the cabinet above the table where the touch light is positioned.
Il piano interno a questo armadietto ha 4 viti sugli angoli che una volte rimosse mettono in evidenza il retro della luce touch e i relativi cablaggi a cui ci si può collegare.
The inside of this cabinet has 4 screws on the corners that once removed reveal the back of the touch light and the related wiring that can be connected to it.
Da qui si sale sul lato sinistro dell’armadietto e si fa un foro per entrare nella cappelliera.
From here you go up the left side of the cabinet and make a hole to enter the above the driver’s seats.
Da qui si può far scorrere il cavo e installare quello che si vuole.
Nell’immagine sotto noi abbiamo installato un RUT360 una doppia presa USB e una scatoletta di derivazione (da elettricista) da cui abbiamo smistato le varie alimentazioni.
From here you can run the cable and install whatever you want.
In the image below we installed a RUT360, a double USB socket and a junction box (electrician) from which we distributed the various power supplies.
Una volta riposizionato il fondo dell’armadietto quello che si vedrà è il cavo di alimentazione che passa nella cappelliera tenuto in posizione da del nastro di carta.
Once the bottom of the cabinet is replaced, what you will see is the power cord running through the overhead bin held in place by some paper tape.

Queste luci sono inserite a pressione e per toglierle dovete usare un cacciavite piatto facendo leva sulla parte più alta partendo da ambo i lati.
These lights are push-fit and to remove them you need to use a flat screwdriver by levering the highest part starting from both sides.

Anche questa è fissata a pressione e anche qui si procede come sopra.
Nella parte sotto il letto ce ne un’altra montata allo stesso modo.
This one is also fixed by pressure and here too we proceed as above.
In the part under the bed there is another one mounted in the same way.
EcoFlow DELTA 2
Le EcoFlow ormai sono molto conosciute per l’ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo e questa la potete trovare qui.
Caratteristiche base sono 1800W sino ad un massimo di 2400W di picco con una capacità di 1KW/h.
Ovviamente noi abbiamo preso anche i pannelli solari così da realizzare un sistema completamente autonomo a bassi costi che in più possiamo usare anche in casa quando manca il 220Vac.
Per ricaricare il VAN semplicemente facciamo uscire/entrare un cavo elettrico dall’oblò sopra la dinette e lo colleghiamo alla presa esterna del 220Vac del VAN.
Similmente faccimo con i pannelli solari che posizioniamo sul tetto del WAN sempre facendo uscire/entrare i cavi dall’oblò sopra la dinette.

Obviously we also took the solar panels so as to create a completely autonomous system at low costs that we can also use at home when there is no 220Vac.
To recharge the VAN we simply make an electric cable come out/in from the porthole above the dinette and connect it to the external 220Vac socket of the VAN.
Similarly we do with the solar panels that we position on the roof of the WAN always making the cables come out/in from the porthole above the dinette.

Ovviamente abbiamo fatto installare un antifurto sia perimetrale che volumetrico direttamente dal concessionario per gli ovvi problemi della garanzia ma siccome suona e basta abbiamo aggiunto il TRACKTING SMART Europa che trovate qui.

Questo antifurto reagisce ad eventuali movimenti e/o vibrazioni del VAN chiamando e mandando SMS anche a più utenti e in più si può trasferire da un veicolo all’altro.
Noi lo usiamo da due anni e si è rivelato molto affidabile, un bel prodotto Italiano.
This anti-theft device reacts to any movements and/or vibrations of the VAN by calling and sending SMS to multiple users and can also be transferred from one vehicle to another.
We have been using it for a two year and it has proven to be very reliable, a nice Italian product.
